Feyling

Feylings are a race of halflings who long ago moved from the material plane to the Feywild. While they share many commonalities with their cousins, they have evolved to survive upon their new plane. They have begun to venture out from the Feywild, being seen across the material plane in more recent times.

You can use your tail just as easy you would your own hands allowing you to hold objects with it and such. When wielding weapons you cannot use weapons that have the two-handed property.
