Fairy Dust
The Fey lords created fairies for entertainment but also as messengers and to be their eyes and ears across the Feywild but they didn’t realize that they could be much more than that. The Feywild is home to many fantastic people, including fairies. Fairies are a wee folk, but not nearly as much so as their pixie and sprite friends. Infused with the magic of the Feywild, fairies share a few commonalities with one another but can differ widely in appearance, behavior, and attitude. Many fairies have a special physical characteristic that sets them apart from other creatures of their kindAnatomy
They are usually between half a foot and one foot tall, and have varied skin and hair colors that are often on the bright end of the spectrum. Fairies often have names that are themed around colors, aspects of nature, or weather. They have gossamer, lightweight wings that come in many shapes and sizes but often resemble petals or leaves or insect wings.Genetics and Reproduction

The Fairies are tricksters by nature, and can often be found playing harmless pranks which sometimes go sour. Due to their small stature they like to live in hard to reach places be that high in treetops or in hidden alleyways of urban environments.Dietary Needs and Habits
Fairies can’t eat a lot or hold alcohol very well but their diet is quite expansive. ranging from all sorts of meats and vegetables and sweats. Fairy’s seem to prefer sweats above all else.Biological Cycle
Though they live a long time The fairy’s life cycle is similar to humans. As they get older their bright colors start to fade and hair starts to whiten, even their wings shed a bit. These are what they call the wise years where their pranking days are over and hope to inspire young ones with stories. When a fairy dies from old age all color leaves their body and what is left is a greyscale husk.Additional Information
Fairies can quickly populate a forest, building homes in caverns and forest floors, and in the lower branches of the trees. Many Fairies grow bored of city life, and find themselves adventuring. Their curious natures make them eager to learn and they take pride in figuring out puzzles or riddles and love playing games.
