Xenocide
The perpetration of genocide against members of one sapient species by members of another; an act of mass killing targeted by species. A subset of genocide, the general term for the destruction of specific groups.
Xenocide is considered a crime against civilization, punishable under Unified Era law by the Commonality or any member polity.
