Thermal Superconductor

Material which is superconductive to heat, in addition to (or instead of) electricity. This means a sample of this material subjected to heat will increase in temperature uniformly through its entire volume regardless of how much of its surface area is directly exposed to the heat source, up to a maximum at which it will lose its superconductive property.
These materials are thus quite useful for defending against lasers, which deal damage by heating up and burning through localized spots.
