Elemental Rainment
Although not exclusive to the culture once known as guardians, the ability to summon elemental raiment is closely associated with them, as well as Saints.
Its a magical reinforcement of one's clothes, or the forging of completely new clothing if large amounts of mana are used.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
It has the effect of imbuing one's clothing with one's on mana, which makes it resistant to effects of one's one abilities, and increases resistance to various types of incoming attacks.
Manufacturing process
For those with enough mana to spare, they can essentially send it to, or circulate it through, their clothing. Aspects of the clothing's color may change according to their elemental affinities.
Significance
The significance varies by person. To some, it is a mere tool to help complete a task. To others, it is an extension of their abilities and a point of pride. To some, generally the regular populace or devout believers in one religion or another, It can be seen as an aspect of a prophecy or as a sign of a deity's favor.
Less common than saints and guardians. Generally, its quite rare to see someone use elemental rainment.
