Barkeep: "That keep everything, and sell it to those who are willing to pay."

Publically, keepers buy, sell, and trade in knowledge and technologies. Behind closed doors, they will do anything to obtain knowledge and technology. If one would assume that the organization is about power and control, they would be correct.
