Wʋttahomma

Wʋttahomma, or the Red Hunter, is an ancient being referred as the God of the Hunt. Still worshiped by the Orcs and some humans in the remote reaches of the Vildmark and Lochlands. Some of the old traditions are still seen in modern hunters in more civilized regions, such as honoring the kill, cutting out and leaving the liver or burning the liver as an show of thanks towards the Wʋttahomma.
Wʋttahomma is a neutral God, like nature Wʋttahomma is harsh and unforgiving, but still fair. Followers of Wʋttahomma adhere to his teachings.
Respect the hunt, both hunter and hunted. Do not take more than you need. Prepare for the Wild Hunt.
Every year the Wild Hunt is preformed where the followers of Wʋttahomma gather to hunt a legendary beast sent by Wʋttahomma. These beasts are larger and unique in their appearance compared to their more mundane counter parts. When the beast if brought low all the hunters cut out the heart and liver, they partake of the heart, each hunter cutting off a small bit of heart and consuming it raw. The liver taken and burned in an offering of thanks. Every part of the beast is used or consumed.
