Hʋpi oka hlampko

Hʋpi oka hlampko is the water god worshiped by the Orcs around the Lochlands. Long agao is is said that Hʋpi oka hlampko was angry would attack and kill the orcs. after many years of enduring Hʋpi oka hlampko, the orcs banded together and forced Hʋpi oka hlampko down into the bottom of the fjord and into a deep and eternal slumber, there powerful spells were cast to keep Hʋpi oka hlampko from awaking. But Hʋpi oka hlampko is powerful and his dreams will escape. Orc Shamans travel every year to preform the rituals that keep Hʋpi oka hlampko sleeping.   In more recent times the Humans that have moved into the Lochlands will sometimes say that hear voices in their dreams telling them to do things, preform certain tasks. Soon a new local movement has arose that venerates Hʋpi oka hlampko and desires for his return. The orcs are concerned about this but cannot attack these cultists without fear of breaking the treaties they have with the Kingdom of Wesford.   These Hʋpi oka hlampko Cultists have isolated themselves as mush as they dare to. They distrust outsiders knowing full well that the Church would come down on them. So they have chapels that they use as cover, they appears as chapels for the Penitent Soul, but are infact where they worship Hʋpi oka hlampko.   Background: Hʋpi oka hlampko, known as "The Dreaming Abyss," is an ancient and enigmatic water deity revered by the Orcs of the Lochlands. They bound the deity deep within the abyssal depths of the fjord, using powerful rituals and enchanted artifacts to keep it in a deep slumber. Orc Shamans perform annual rituals to maintain these seals and ensure the deity remains dormant.   The Cult of Awakening: In recent times, humans who have settled in the Lochlands have reported hearing voices in their dreams, compelling them to perform mysterious tasks and rituals. These individuals have formed a clandestine movement known as the "Cult of Awakening," dedicated to the resurgence of Hʋpi oka hlampko.   Cultist Activities:   Chapels of the Penitent Soul: To avoid suspicion and scrutiny, the Cult of Awakening operates under the guise of chapels dedicated to the Penitent Soul, a benign deity. These chapels serve as cover for their eldritch worship of The Dreaming Abyss.   Dream-Seeking Rituals: Cultists engage in rituals that allow them to enter a collective dream state, seeking communion with Hʋpi oka hlampko. They believe that through these dreams, they can unlock hidden knowledge and hasten the deity's awakening.   Subtle Manipulation: The cultists subtly manipulate the minds of susceptible individuals through dream-induced visions and suggestions. These individuals may be unwittingly drawn into the cult's activities.   Orc Concerns: The Orc tribes are deeply concerned about the resurgence of Hʋpi oka hlampko worship among the human settlers in the Lochlands. However, they are wary of taking action against the cultists, as doing so may jeopardize their fragile treaties with the Kingdom of Wesford.   Galʋna Oho, Orcish Seers: Among the Orcs, a secretive group known as "Galʋna Oho" (Seers of the Abyss) monitors the activities of the Cult of Awakening. They are tasked with maintaining the seals on Hʋpi oka hlampko and preventing the deity's return.
