Telki
Although the Telki were human horse masters known for their aggressive nature, military tactics and strategy; they were subjugated and later wiped out by a legion of hobgoblin who took their name. The legends associated with the name Telki refer to the humans, but the hobgoblins use this to instill fear in the hearts of their enemies.
