Session 40 - PT: The Storm Report

SESSION 40   7 OCT 2022   12 OCT 3024 Ǎ12 36288 Ê1   1615   The party endures a great winter storm. The party was seperated while exploring and just barely makes it back before the storm hits. Vaela casts the Tiny Hut spell and everyone selters for hours while a white-out blizzard rages. Afterwards, the party digs themselves out. The snow has covered them completely, and has a depth of about 15 feet. They endure the cold and manage to make snow shoes to walk upon the deep snow. As they begin to make their way towards the goats, Scotty, the barbarian in the party, had run off saying that she had found someting, but the party could not find her to follow.   With no choice but to leave her and press on, they come to a small glade where they find themselves being hunted. A pack of hell hounds bounds upon them. Just before the hounds strike, the party notices the Harbinger off in the distance and know this to be his work. Our heroes take much damage from the hounds' flame attacks, as they try and prevent total defeat.   Finally able to defeat the hounds, and weary from battle, they cringe as they hear the maniacal howls of wolves. The session ends as 3 massive werewolves step from the forest.
