For as long as any could recall, the Imperium stood firm. Through the fires of war and devastation, the Imperium stood firm.   The raging flames of civil war now smolder across the land. After the overthrow of a tyrannical government, the Vitaen people breathed a long sigh of relief, but their civil troubles did not end there. The United Consulate of Vitae was divided and gridlocked. Each Diocese far too focused on its own concerns rather than that of the nation, until now.   Through shrewd diplomacy and clever political scheming, a new constitution has been proclaimed. It is now the duty of the Consulate of the newly reformed Imperium Mundum to guide their people into peace and prosperity after decades of decline.
