The Blargh Bros are Riffjaw, Bangles, and Wheeze. They are the in-house entertainment of the Slobbernaught. This mimic trio of pirate bards performs eerie sea shanties for both sea and landbound Mimickyn. Their voices and instruments are not separate from their bodies. They are the instruments. Their music is famous across Pangorio, even if most humans cannot understand the moans and growls woven into the songs.

When the Slobbernaught gives chase, it is the Blargh Bros who set the tempo. Riffjaw’s strings bite the air, Bangles pounds like storm waves, and Wheeze fills the deck with groaning bellows and smoke. The crew heeds their music as command. Every sail raised, every cannon fired, every blade drawn falls into rhythm. “Swift” is their rallying song, a shanty that drives the ship and its mimic crew to pursue prey with inhuman speed.

The shanty of “Swift” is most often sung when the Slobbernaught bears down on a fleeing ship. The trio begin with a low, unsettling rumble that rattles planks and hearts alike. As the distance closes, the song crescendos into a frenzy, pulling the crew into perfect unity. By the time the prey realizes the sound is upon them, it is already too late. The jaws of Slobber and Teeth are closing in.
