Emperor Charles I

Charles Sarr was born in 2086. He graduated from High School in 2104. He immediately went into Estonian Politics, being elected into the Riigikogu in 2105. He would go on to become a prominent reformist politician, campaigning for greater federal control and the replacement of the Consul with a single President, along with other constitutional reforms and restructuring. In 2113, He was arrested during a protest that, as officials would describe it, "Had exited the acceptable bounds of a righteous and peaceful demonstration and had entered the bounds of a rioting mob without regard for decent or civil order." Sarr would use this as a rallying cry for his 2117 campaign to become President of Estonia. However, In early 2117, He was arrested before the elections could take place. However, a mob of supporters overpowered the police, and Charles Sarr and his supporters took control of the Government within an hour of the incident. This prompted political unrest globally, as the Republic Council failed to pass a resolution to handle the situation. As a result, the Terran Republic Never successfully responded. Sarr's forces marched into Latvia, St.Petersburg, and into Finland and Belarus with little, but usually no resistance. In November 2117, Charles Sarr became Emperor Charles I of the Terran Empire. The chaos around the world caused by Sarr's coup and uprising would result in the collapse of the Terran Republic. Charles I would continue to rule with near-absolute power over his Empire until his death. in 2123, he launched a campaign to conquer the Northern coast of Europe, most importantly Denmark and Northern Germany. But He would be assassinated while in Rostock, and the offensive was never completed.

Sarr had a full Schooling career until 18, when he opted to go into politics directly, not ever attending college or any higher education.

He was married to Valora Astopcovich in 2116, who shared the same political ambitions as he did. She would succeed him after his death, Becoming Empress Valora I from 2123-2135.
