Paradise Island

The 277 hectare Paradise Island, bought by Balthasar 2081 for his TöI foundation, is located near Nassau on the northern edge of New Providence Island.

Once best known for the sprawling resort Atlantis, with its extensive water park rides, pools, beach, restaurants, walk-in aquarium, and casinos it is now a striclty private, high-tech-surveilled and air- and submarine-drones guarded island, whereas the massive Rottweilers patroulling the beach were more underlining the "access forbidden" tagline rather than being a real threat.

A perfect place for the 107 women invited to receive, grow, and give birth to Balthasar gen-cloned children. Hidden in plain sight these women got everything they have signed up for: a spacious apartement they could use on their own or share with other "contractors" they have met on the campus, wellness and sport facilities, personal coach and trainers, nutrition specialists and the healthiest food one can get.

Even live entertainment was flown in to break the social media and Netflix routines they were free to consume from their media walls.

Off course Balthasar has hired experts to come up with a most optimized diet, study, fitness, relaxation, entertainment, social interaction, and activity plan not only for making the stay as comfortable as possible but also to give those "mothers" the best environment for the birth of a healthy, intelligent, and vital child. And when the attractive fitness trainer or help desk assistant made overtime outside their personal room - welcome as well - as long as all was done under the observation of the many cameras, all of them have agreed. No secret place for anything. This was part of the deal.

And so the 107 newborns had their first months under ideal conditions and most probably were born smarter, fitter, and with a more developed brain than "normal" children. At least this has been the plan.

And for the next 2 years, when the babies were raised together under the surveillance of specialists but still allowed to stay with their mothers at night and during breaks in the program, it was obvious that all of them had higher marks on everything than "normal" children at this age were expected to.

As all were inside without any physical or visual contact with the outside world and limited contact with specially trained and contractually bound personnel, those women never had a clue where they had been because landing and climbing from the private jet at arrival, as well as the departure from the island, was at night with a fold, with Balthasar's "recruiter" the only person having physical contact with these women.

The goal was to hide the fact that those children were born at all. When nobody knows, nobody will ask. And given the fact that surveillance and intelligence today are difficult to escape when caught once, the best thing is to not exist at all.

And these women have felt that urge and potential consequences would they ever mention their three years being "lost" in Paradise: not a direct threat, but by the power and money, the setup of this hidden place must have been involved. When somebody can afford to create and maintain such a hidden place in full sight and providing all these women the best life possible, whereas he could have killed them silently as well without taking anybody notice, has left its impression as a mix of gratitude and fear what this man could do, when he must do.
