Vitirex (Vee-Tuh Rekss)
Description:
Entity-01, also known as Vitirex, is a massive creature who resembles a Cretaceous reptile, but with several noticeable mutations in his appearance. For starters Vitirex has two heads, each with a unique set of dorsal fins that reach down his spine, and no eyes, implying it uses some other form of detection to examine his surroundings. The other most prominent feature is the creature's skin, while it may appear reptilian from a distance, biologically this creature is more like that of a tree or plant, being capable to photosynthesize as well as dissolve its captured prey for nutrients like some carnivorous plants. This creature doesn't only attack with his massive tail and raiser sharp jaws, similar to the archer fish, Vitirex is capable of firing a beam of high pressured water from its mouth that is strong enough to cut stone.
Information: Vitirex is recognized by any that witness it as the undeniable king of Blackout Jungle. Not only is his ability to view his surroundings without using any eyes useful in a Jungle where the darkness and the light switch back and forth instantly, but his role as the Jungle's Apex predator allows him to control the population of the jungle, making him a major asset to the jungle's ecosystem. Unfortunately the beast does stand in the way of the military's campaign into enemy territory, only giving us enough room to setup defenses against possible enemy ambush coming from the Country's rear. The council is currently debating if we should focus our efforts into capturing V-Rex so that we may continue our Conquest into the enemy camp, and claim it for our own, capturing a very vital resource. Given how vital Vitirex is for the ecosystem, and population control of the jungle, people within the government have begun to protest the mission in fear that an uncontrollable jungle might bleed into the cities, inviting packs of deadly predators into the City. This same fear was always believed to be possible with the mutant dinosaur, however countless days of research and documentation has proven the beast has no interest in leaving the jungle.

Filename: Entity_01
Hostility: Dangerously Predatory
Status: Alive and Healthy
Entity-01 currently resides deep within the dense jungles of Pangea. It is currently relaxing within its nest due to an extreme drop in temperature in the area, but this hibernation isn't expected to last long seeing how summer is coming rather soon. All attempts to capture Entity-01 have been unsuccessful so far due to it's uncanny ability to learn from every battle it's in. The only recommended action is to keep any possible civilian activity as far as possible from the creature's nest in order to avoid aggravating the creature.
Scientific Name
Ceiba pentandra
Conservation Status
It is debated weather or not we capture the creature, or disregard him. However protocols are in place to protect this creature due to its status as the Jungle's Apex Predator. Online message boards related to hunting, freelancing, and even exploration have been under surveillance to make sure no surprise variables will attempt to exterminate Vitirex before the Council has decided what to do with the Apex Predator. The Council is not too concerned with the possibility of any people trying to kill V-Rex since he is more then capable enough to protect himself, however Military personnel have managed to obtain DNA of the creature, and have began studying the creature's biology to create medicine and vitamins for the creature in case anything were to threaten his health.
