The Cerulean Ranger Navy

-Ruled by the Trifecta, a democratically elected governing body that maintains order among the ranks -Have been politically aligned with the GGC who the main controllers of water, and act as a specialized naval force for the GGC -Their order is ancient, and even before their use of airships they called themselves a Navy -Since the dawn of airships they have become increasingly important as protectors of water towers -They wear bright blue uniforms, and their ships are painted in blue razzle dazzle camouflage to confuse enemy ships  -Their order seeks to protect water and prevent another apocalyptic disaster  -Highly trained and respected by some, others see them as a bloated and corrupt organization -Kind of like Wild West Texas rangers, except that they usually work for whoever controls the water -Assist in distributing water to those who need it, although how much is given out is usually dictated by the rich people who control the towers -A lot of their cadets are filled with good intentions, even though the organization has been corrupted
