-Have the ability to create water out of thin air without a water tower or stone from one
-Recognizable by their all-white robes and tattoos of fish all over their bodies
-Symbols of the orders differ, but they are usually fish
-Each water tower has an order of mages that worship and do religious rites while workers toil away
-Hydromages exist in every culture on Ulaan in some form or another, but they all agree that water is sacred
