Gilded Sunfish
Gilded Sunfish are a local flying fish in the region of the Gilded Strait. They are one of the most common fish to catch and eat due to their large size and relatively slow speed. The meat of the fish tastes like pork with a sweet spicy taste. The hearty food is the favorite of sailors and those who spend their days sailing the solar waves.
The most common food made from the sunfish is a sandwich colloquially known as a Whitewater Cheesesteak, or a Uniform Ruiner. This greasy street food is a large sub sandwich with sliced sunfish steak, spicy cheese, peppers, onions, and fried potatoes.
