D&D 5E Classes and the Desyatina's Oplata Prosil Religion
The Oplata Pantheon is the official pantheon of the Desyatina Empire, sharing both the Prosil and Avantyura Religions. However, this is about the Empire's version of Prosil. When the Empire was a republic, the Prosil religion was established among the noble families with the Oplata Pantheon. Here are a few things that have become apart of the Empire's culture and tradition.
Multiclassing
When any of the gods can grant you favor, and one or two them does, best to diversify into those classes they favor; so you do not insult any god. One of the easiest ways to keep favor with a god is to emulate their behaviors, frequently this is based in skills, profession, and PC class. Multiclassing gains Piety for your Hero, especially if you have been favored by a particular god. Multi-classing as a cleric gains even more Piety; even if you do not have the favor of any god.
The gods want to make things personal, why would they want a mortal filter to those whom they want to favor. A reliable way to understand the nuances of the gods is to simply take a few levels into cleric. This is what the nobility (Seem'ya) and military does, therefore the rulers within the Desyatina Empire, traditionally, have some cleric levels.
Clerics
Desyatina Oplata Prosilite Cleric is limited to only the Prosil Domain when taking their 1st level Cleric class. [This negates the Divine Domain rule in the PHB, pg 58] The Cleric can expand their Domains to various gods' Domains, once they have gain enough Piety and some favor. Because the Prosilite gains Piety by giving tribute to the blessings already given; some feel that they have been granted destiny by a god to more power, while others feel that keeping with the status que or the Prosil Domain will give them a good bead on options on Dolg.
Ee-grock-ee {Igroki}: A large portion of the civilians whom have muliticlassed into Cleric, with the motivation to gain special knowledge and align with divine intentions. They might survive without favor from any god, but typically they are in the back-pocket of a god.
Vern-ee {Vernyy}: These are clerics who have not muliticlassed and within the Empire act like bureaucrats and divine thermometer's to the ruling families.
The City of Temples: In the Capital of the Desyatina Empire, Sh-peel-ka {Shpil'ka}, is the high temples to the gods. They all reside on Spine Hill within the City. These temples not only provide the holy services to the city but also the Emperor and the Empire. Furthermore, this is the largest set of temples that teach to the Vern-ee Clerics. It is believed that the Commander of the Gods, Gru, has part of his Spine-World Tower which stretches' across all of the heavens within the Temple of Gru
The Blood Bronze Temple: The city of Shuzhba holds the largest temple to the god Thic. It is also the most hated Temple by the natives of the Malen'ky Narod. These clerics tend to multiclass as wizards within the schools of transmutation and evocation. The temple provides Za-klin-eyen-ya {Zaklinaniya} Guards (Eldritch Knights-pg. 74 PHB) to the city and their temples. It is believed that this temple holds the real heads of the Bronze Headed Gods.
The Web-Harp Oracle: Outside of the Capital of Sh-peel-ka {Shpil'ka} within the Marching Sea is the Island where Time Began. On this island is the Oracle of the Pits and the most influencing temple to the Goddess of Fate, Loth. People across Dolg come to the Web-Harp Oracle to descend into the web-pits of history or try to play the Harp of Fate to see the future. It is believed that setting foot on the Island where Time Began removes any skill or training in musical performance; the natives enjoy every mistake made by musicians as if they were genius of music.
The Parade of Applauses: These temples in the city of Ot'beer-ate {Ot'birate} provide a similar version of clerical training as The City of Temples, a bit more local politics than Empire politics. The temples favor the gods of Gru, Shar, and Pravo; and since there is a bit of tension between these gods, the temples have established a tradition of distracting entertainment combined with divine artifacts. Although there are several Vernyy Clerics, there is an equal amount of Igroki clerics whom have muliticlassed into bard with the colleges of Lore, Valor, & Swords. There is a tension between holding the nobility(Seem'ya) up to the god's favor and keeping the population entertained.
Paladins
The Desyatina Empire has a mixed relationship with paladins. On one end of the spectrum; if you are bold enough and truly want to play with the gods, then becoming a paladin is a great way to vault yourself into being an avatar. On the other end of the spectrum; if you do not want to muck about all that divine pollical multiclassing, then becoming a paladin grants you quick authority and keeps you away from religious scrutiny. Paladins rarely multiclass because they are not as dependent on Piety. This is not saying that they do not need Piety. Their Piety is mostly black and white and does not need to split hairs over gray.
600 Keys to the Emperor: This Order has taken the "sacred oath of devotion" (pg. 85 PHB) to the Emperor. They protect the 1st Prosilite (the Emperor) under the oaths made to Gru, Pravo, and Shar. They also perform services directly requested by the Emperor. Naturally, this Order is stationed in the Capital of Sh-peel-ka {Shpil'ka}; however, it is typical that at least 200 of them are throughout the Empire under direction of the Emperor. Prosil paladins with some Piety are immune to scry, which the Emperor exploits. Most individuals who are accepted into the Order are inclined to the Topor Lessnika, citizens who want the Empire to thrive by bringing in change. The Emperor is that instrument of change.
Deathwatch: This is the first Order within Desyatina Republic and the Prosil religion and through history has almost been completely destroyed. It is an unique Order that embraces multiple "sacred oaths," they have members taking sacred oaths of "Devotion (pg. 85 PHB)", "Glory (pg. 29 MOT)","Conquest (pg. 37 XGE)". and "Heroism (UA)". This Order's mission was to watch over the Shadowlands, protect Dolg and the souls moving to the heavens from the Shadowlands. Alas, the Order destroyed itself from internal strife establishing the Orders whom only offer a single sacred oath; such as Sud'is Whisperers (Devotion), The Lion's Share (Glory), and The Unending March (Conquest).
The Lue-doy-ed {Lyudoyed}: There is an Order which has no history, but claims the oldest Order on Dolg. The paladins who take the sacred oath of vengeance (pg. 87 PHB). They either serve a god whom wants vengeance: or worst, takes oaths of vengeance for mortals.
