Even as an anaxial, Venyra inherits those qualities, and so her clothing is made for comfort, replaceability, and style, in that order. Underwear in particular can be challenging as, without the best materials and skilled hands making it, the simple motions of a draconic body can destroy such clothing without much issue. It's unsurprising then most dragons tend to favor less clothing, if not nudity outright, rather than bothering with such constant hassles.
