These shallow wellsprings of ley energy are found throughout ancient cities and ruins, built from old-world knowledge. However, Lumiwells are finite; draining one too far can fracture the ground—or worse.   Unique Note: The most powerful arcane users are called Threadbinders, capable of stitching together broken flows of ley energy.
