Campaign One S2 1146 GDC Almedha, the 5th day of Micaeiah: A Shocking Experience!

General Summary

The party pressed forward as carefully as they could, though it seemed subtlety was not their strongest attribute. The roosting bats took notice and a swarm formed, engaging the party. After defeating the swarm, the unnerved trio pressed further into the cave, however two mechanical spiders took notice of their previous battle and attacked. The battle lasted mere moments but left the party drained and worried that this little outing was a bit over their heads. After taking a moment to patch any wounds, they found themselves in an expansive section of the cavern, this one properly masoned though mostly collapsed due to the earth tremors. During their investigation, a burrowing entity took notice and began the hunt! Quick thinking from Hemlock helped get the party to more stable ground but this fully mechanical sentry had a few shocking surprises putting Hemlock and Indigo unconscious. Eren was able to put the creature down but their fight and current earth tremor began a chain reaction, causing the floor to sink and the area to collapse. Eren quickly drew his unconscious companions to a strong foundation on the opposite side from them and the exit, he is left trapped, trying to wake his sleeping friends.
