Prologue E4 147 GDC Arthion, the 4th Day of Avourel: The Great Mother Report

General Summary

The trio made their way from Coldhaven toward the pulsing light in the horizon. What they discovered was something more terrible than they could ever imagine. A massive magical stone structure housing a prismatic portal to another dimension, at its center seemed to be the deepest recesses of the universe. Guarding the portal were two aberrant creatures, there many eyes making a quiet advance all but impossible. The party worked a solution to teleport near the structure, with Beacon working to bring the structure down, Dane and Merla would protect them in a swift surprise attack. Beacon quickly found that bringing this portal down would be near impossible as it harnessed the prismatic energy that was the foundation of all magic. They braced for a full assault from the two floating aberrations as a third guest joined the fray, The Great Mother. Before this final battle, glimpses of the past plagued the heroes. Thoughts, regrets, memories of time past flooded their minds as they prepared for the fight of their lives!
