General Summary

(S40) 1142 GDC Arryn into the Elora, the 8th day of Gaeleath - Between a Rock and a Hard Place The party resigned themselves to searching for the reagents they needed to save their last companion. Knowing now how the maze works, they lured the bull-like creature to their area and put it down, Arlo increasing their search time by dousing the creature with alchemist's fire to further prevent rapid healing. They quickly made their way back into the maze and encountered a large chamber and another individual trapped in the maze. Ziewin, one of the original abductors of the group, was caught in between the maze and the sentinel like minotaur, and this chamber, with a similar magical boundary. After a brief conversation the party entered the room and engaged its guardian, a fearsome burrowing creature with natural armor plating. The fight was quick but deadly as the once foe of the party joined in their efforts to bring it down. Exhausted, they all took the opportunity within this chamber to find rest, dissect the creature for its heart, and regain their strength for tomorrow.
