Conditions Travel Temperature Normal for the season Wind None Precipitation None Terrain Grassland, meadow, farmland Foraging Abundant food and water sources   Travel Event "Uneventful travels Absolutely nothing happens.   Monuments Intact statue of a person or deity Despairing village The party comes upon a village that is occupied by a rough looking military force. They engage in a brief conversation with what would seem is the leader of the group. The leader was forbidding the party’s passage. The party shot the man and battle ensued. After a brief Skirmish a third party joined the fight. The village was swarmed by blood thirsty ghouls, who were attacking and taking people away. In this battle Ghomadrei was felled by a Ghoul before Varien could intervene.   On a hill overlooking the town was a beastly hulking figure. An arrow flew out of the melee hitting this figure, as a reaction it moved rapidly into battle. This beast stormed into the combat, killing relentlessly, and scattering the opposing forces.   The beast approached Kaligar finally reaching him and biting him, tearing a large chunk from his throat. The bloody words "Welcome to the Court." lingering in the air.   Jotts, disguised as a smaller Kaligar approaches the scene in lock step with the remaining soldiers.   What was a brief moment of chaos and confusion now falls silent and comrades lay dead bleeding or broken, forever changed as the smell of death fills the air.
