S21 Feywild - Time Unknown Report

General Summary

Each of the party had a dream that left everyone, unsettled. They gathered their things and went out in search of the fonts and cleanse them to return to Galadorn. The first font was chocked off by clay and muck, guarded by a terrible mud creature. It was a dreadful fight, with Eae being consumed by the creature, until the rest of the party put it down and freed her. They took the time to rest while Sariel freed the font and established the connection to Alata's portal. The next font would not be so easily taken as the party faced off with an undead creature of great strength. Torbin struggled with the creature first and then Eae, as the battle ensued, Sariel helped hold the creature at bay but the encounter was dire. Eae reached out to connect with her god and was met with a terrible choice. Hextor, brother to Heironeous offered to intervene with the promise of Eae following his path to war and leaving the light of Heironeous. Her patron answered in turn and continued to offer his strength to her but would not intervene. Eae made her choice and with a brilliant flash of divine might, used Hextor's divinity to smite the undead before them and imbue them with righteous ferver ready to take on another battle.
