This took them to Mol Kaldir (outdated name) where the Daorhu dwelled once, but was now a base for Imzeral's followers. Others followed them, Corgastodmar (Corgastorians then) who took special interest in destroying these artifacts. For centuries the threat of Typhon's aspect spirits has hung over Othos like a storm cloud, just waiting to burst open and inundate the land. Prophets of the rival spirits had spent centuries fighting amongst each other and the world at large to accrue power for their deities. This war was waged at every level of society and transcended government and law. The prophets of these aspect spirits felt no remorse in corrupting mortals and binding them to their will, initiating wars between nations, and outright murdering those who stood in their way. Those who knew of this struggle or witnessed it first hand typically did their best to forever after avoiding it, but others saw it as power and opportunity. Figures such as Theo, Zjolmarsil, Hrodvaldr, Vetra, Sadon, and Solomon are all listed within the annals of history with infamy attached to their names. They came from all walks of life and from many different societies and cultures but are all united in that they were drawn into the struggle for power like moths to the light.   To the lay reader, it may not occur to them exactly what events may be associated with this candestine power for Typhon's artifacts. There are many such events, but two of the stories explain well the varied nature of the conflict. The first is that of Zjolmarsil, known as the zealous prophet of Dion, who in the 2660s brought the struggle for the artifacts beyond the bounds of Othos. He first claimed the artifacts of Dion and Admaris and gained great power himself but was corrupted by his own desire for power and renounced his faith to Lord Dion. After this separation, he invaded the Empire of Corgastor in 2663 as a symbolic message that the victory against Typhon had not granted them indefinite safety. He was initially successful and brought great death and suffering to Noravrrot and Midras before eventually failing without the blessing of Dion. Another case is that of Theo the Clever, the prophet of Imzeral. He managed to bring together three of the artifacts through wit and trickery, earning himself a fearsome reputation at the time. That was until he himself was duped and slain by the alluring prophet of Sinestra, Vetra, in 1477. Upon his death the artifacts fell once again in the squabbling hands of the rival prohpets.   Those are two notable examples, but certainly not the only occurrences. In 3451, the time had come for the matter to be solved once and for all. It would fall upon Solomon, the prophet of Sinestra, and his companions to either unite or destroy the artifacts for the good of the world or the good of themselves. Death and chaos follow close behind their every move.
