Arlon ir'Gail
The renowned Cyran wizard Arlon ir’Gail serves as the current head wizard in Prince Oargev’s council. His duties include overseeing the town’s use of magic as well as issuing the permits for selling and creating magic items within New Cyre.
Lieutinant Catherine Faldren
The guard captain Catherine Faldren serves directly under the law master.As the highest ranked military officer in town, her responsibilities in the Prince’s council include leading the town guard and generally maintaining peace among the people in New Cyre. She also oversees the training of the guard and mustering local militia in case there’s a need to defend the town against an outside threat.
Prince of Cyre Oargev ir'Wynarn
Prince Oargev is the mayor of the town, but also the count of the lands surrounding it. He is a fair and just ruler, which has earned him the respect of the Cyran refugees and other residents of New Cyre. The bitterness of losing his homeland and the ambition of rebuilding it are very evident both in his public appearances and written proclamations, which has caused some trouble within the Brelish court.
Rina d'Cannith
The current representative of House Cannith in New Cyre, younger cousin of Merrix d’Cannith, the head of Cannith South, and a grandniece of the late patriarch of the Cannith house. Originally born in Cyre, Sarina has fond memories of “Uncle” Starrin, whose laboratory she used to play in when she was growing up. Rina has no interest in the politics within the dragonmarked house and is more than happy to be away from it all, helping Cyran refugees settle into their new home.
