Session 0a: Characters and Storyline

General Summary

We finished up the first drafts of our characters, and started playing the game! We made it to the point of the adventurers accepting the quest, to return a canopic jar to a recently discovered desert tomb, from Professor Nafezz. The professor admitted he (and many others) believe the package to be cursed, and want it returned to placate the mummy whose heart is in the jar; the famous Barrax the Sage.   They are to take the package from Darra to Heaton Bluffs, and will get paid 100 gold coins each for the job! The job entails a week's travel through the desert, meeting up with Professor Enberry, and returning the package.   We will pick up next time preparing to leave for the adventure, and meeting our guide, Owl.
