Each PC within this campaign have all been abducted for their own reasons by a group known as The Crimson Pawns. They have been operating as a gang for the past few years doing standard bandit activities. After being abducted each member of the party discovers that they are actually a cult with a currently unknown mission. Each member of the group has been abducted for their own reasons, but you will each discover that your lives are planned to come to an end soon. Have you been doing business on their territory? Have you been interfering with their bad deeds? Depending on what your class and backstory is I may have some suggestions but at the end of the day it is all up to you. I'm just there to ensure it fits with this groups motivations without spoiling you.
