Session 99 – Wednesday October 30, 2024: The Ashen Song of Mount Brazen
4-hour Battle session 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

It is the 22nd day of the month of Alturiak (The Claw of winter) in the 51st year of the Age of Enialis (Mid Feb.)

Trophy room trap
The party discovered that the stuffed blue dragons were trapped. As the party continued to linger in the room the dragons shot lightning bolts and thunderclaps at the party. Rather than run through, the party decided to destroy the stuffed dragons. They did so but were all very badly hurt as a result. They decided to rest in the room before proceeding to the Ashen Song. Gazlowe pulled pit from is robe of useful items, and through some very skillful and creative plans, they were able to place the pit under the rubble and rest. They made it look like they had left, and the Red Dragon and her guards bought the ruse. In the morning the guards were still cleaning but the party was able to get away stealthily.
Big Bad Boss fight!
They encountered Forzaantilirys on her pile of treasure in the middle of an island surrounded by lava. The Dragon recognized the intruders as those that destroyed her trophy room and was in no mood to negotiate, she immediately rose into the air and breathed her fire breath on the party. The battle went on for what seemed like 3 hours! In the end several players were knocked out, but they were victorious. During the battle Gazlowe grabbed and used a potion of Heroism and a potion of flying.
