Entrance To The Spire! Reprieve at long last.. Report

General Summary

• The party started out on the Spire Pad still ascending to the Spire.
• The man that had confronted them speaks to the party.
• It's Jeremy Wade in a new set of armor and he has a tesla gun aimed at the party.
• He asks the party for their surrender, to make it easy, its what "she" would have wanted.
• The party refuses as Wade exlaims "It's a shame.. We had hoped it wouldn't have to be this way."
• Before anyone has a chance to get the first shot off Daggoss is punched in the top of the head as landing in the middle of everybody, Elyndor drops on to the pad from above.
• Combat ensues as the party puts up a good fight against two seasoned adventurers.
• Wade goes down and Hearth manages to save him from falling to his death.
• Jade is targeted down and killed by Elyndor. Elyndor absorbs the souls of the Harbinger.
• All 4 pieces of the Harbinger have been collected.
• Elyndor disengages and flees the combat by falling from the Pad, but before leaving he turns to the party and says "Kill.... me."
• The party arrives at the Spire. Surrounded by Vedalken scholars on floating discs all around. They take a step off
• Claps can be heard from all around as the Vedalken stare at the party congratulating them on making it to the spire. 
• A female Vedalken named Brita G steps forward towards the party and ushers them along the Spire to get to her office.  
• On the way to her office the party is hit with a force of unstable magic as they cross the Interplanar Nexus causing wild magic surges to go off.
• Daggoss saves the party from a wild magicly caused fireball set on Hearth. 
• The party makes it to Brita's office where Thalron Shadowforge is waiting for them. 
• He discusses with the party for a bit before telling them that in order to get help from the Vedalken, all members of the council will have to be on board. 
• He suggested it would be in the party's best interest to earn the favor of the council through favors. Informing the party of a rare metal called Titaniumite that can be used to upgrade the Spire's defenses in the event of a full frontal assault from Baelor. 
• Some more questions are asked that I can't remember off the top of my head. Can update this later when I remember or ask. 
• Tony is placed in stasis as Taldric spends the rest of the day by his side in the stasis chambers. 
• Jade is laid to rest in the Vedalken graveyard, but as the dirt is being covered back up Jade's body springs up from his grave as he is alive and with a hand that has a fresh knife wound over his palm.
• Jeremy Wade is placed in a contaiment block in the Spire due to the Geas spell lingering on him. 
• The party then spends the rest of their evening at the interdimensional tavern using one of the effects of the wild magic surge that effected Morgan to cheat a drinking contest with a white lizardfolk named Zirrak Skalethorn. 
• Zirrak lost this drinking contest of course, and the party might have created a new rival/foe. 
• End session.
