Session 14, the Vault Report

General Summary

The Moruhn clan killed the Balhanoth guardian of the vault and eventually found Vault 17 and Cell 15.  They took quite a bit of treasure along the way.  They however did not find the Magical Orb in Vault 17 and the prisoner they expected was not in Cell 15.      Hurzaxle explained that the Elves were certain the Gnome from Ecapé was captured by the Drow, his house burned with his family trapped inside, and that he had been in possession of the Orb. He was certain the Drow had reclaimed the Orb once again.      The Orcs realized that they had the Gnome all this time and nearly killed Hurzaxle but, knowing Drow reinforcements would be on their way, the clan freed a few prisoners.  They freed a drow, 3 goblins, 3 Derro and a Mind Flayer.  The freed prisoners helped defeat the drow reinforcements in a long drawn out battle.    The party then fled the vault and the temple.  They stuffed Hurzaxle in the bag of holding and took their invisibility potions to get past the guards.  Once clear they released Hurzaxle, bribed the guards at the gate with enough platinum to allow him to quit his job.    They returned to the Orcwood, recovered the gnome, who lead them to the hidden Orb.  The Elves fulfilled their commitment to Grumsh by rebuilding Ecapé for the Orcs and giving it to them.  The orcs named it "New Orc"
