The campaign starts in Eldrasyl, capital city of the Great Isle Union. The Goblin war came to an end 5 years ago now. The elder crown has been missing for 21 years now, adventurers of all walks of life attempted and failed to recover the relic in those numerous years. The lands have not been forgotten by the goods but the lands have forgotten most of them barred the draconic gods Bahamut and Tiamat. People are now desperate for someone to find the relic in hope to free themselves from the tyrannical rule of the 5 Elder dragons. Those dragons came to power after the man who was crowned with the elder crown mysteriously passed away at a relatively young age. His empire ruled most of the continent in its peak making the cities of man prosper like never before, his crown was said to be the reason dragons dared not destroy the land he ruled over. Rumors about where the crown may have vanished multiplied in recent years despite the failure to retrieve it, most of them from less than reputable sources. A man that refused to give out his full name contacted every single one of our would-be heroes via letter, identifying themselves only as M, summoning each and every one of you in an inn of Eldrasyl that goes by Cempa Downs Inn.
