General Summary

Menione, Lebrook - Forest

The group became hostile and threatened the Crescent Moon combatants, even though they did not overtly threaten the party.
The party was instantly outmatched.
Tern suddenly got frightened and ran away.
Pierre moved forward to attack the leader.
The leader vanished after a near hit, but Pierre kept pursuing.
The leader weaved several hand signs that instantly triggered a fireball.
Vaela fell to the ground, burnt to sunders.
Rollie is melting.
The rest of the party was severely injured..
Xan dumped a potion into Vaela's mouth, helped her up, and began to run after Tern.
Ladron also chased after Tern.
Then one of the Crescent Moon combatants weaved a few signs, then stomped the ground.
Two earthen slats rose from the ground and sandwiched Vaela, knocking her unconscious.
The rest of the combatants began running in the opposite direction, having achieved their goal.
Pierre briefly contemplated continuing the attack but opted to stabilize Vaela.
Tern continued to run in fear.
Ladron ran up to Vaela to heal her.
The party began talking about the situation while recovering.
Ladron recalled seeing the crescent symbol on Magi Herman Miller.
Xan mentioned seeing a few folks with that symbol purchasing magical creatures and goods on the black market.
They discussed how to handle them next time.
They believe that these were the three people that they were chasing.

Menione, Lebrook - Johass Inn

Pierre goes to turn in the bounty to the Black Lily.
He explained that he killed it, but a group came and took the body.
They gave him a zone of truth.
The contract is fulfilled.

Pierre returns to the party.
The party asks him to go back up.

Pierre goes back up to the members-only area.

Aaron Pearlman took a dangerous contract.

Pierre returns to the party.
He mentioned that he fulfilled his part of the bargain.
Tern mentioned there was no bargain.
Can you go upstairs to get a map of the quest location?
Pierre goes back upstairs.
They don’t disclose who ordered the contract.
And they said no on the map. You need to accept the job to get the map for the job.
Pierre has six drinks.

Menione, Lebrook - Pearlman Estate

The party is welcome inside and waits in the entrance of the doorway to be welcomed by Baroness Pearlman.
Ladron scopes out the place for valuables.
Vaela threatens to kill Ladron if he attempts to steal anything.
Pierre commented to Ladron, “I think she likes you.”
Vaela stares at Pierre.
The lady welcomes them into her well-protected office.
They informed her of her son’s situation.
The group suggested hiring Black Lily to rescue her son.
Tern asked about the Crescent Moon symbol.
She mentioned that she hasn’t heard.
She explains the leadership of Oberon.
Oberon is a Magocracy.
The current head is the School of Necromancy.
Tern figures out that their settlement is within Menione.
Ladron asks if he can examine the constructs.
She denies him looking at her guardian constructs.

Menione, Lebrook - City Center

Tern paid a street urchin to inform Soalgo that Kuu isn’t back from his mission.
Pierre tries to scare the child.
Tern loses all good faith.

Menione, Lebrook - Temple of Mystra

Menione, Sterile Sea - Ship

An explosion in the bow rocks the ship that Nyxara and Kuu are on around midnight.
Nyxara looks out the window, then runs up from below deck.
She notices a fire on the bow and sounds of combat.
This must be the Western Flock plan.
Nyxara quickly jumps over the board and turns into a shark, then swims away.
Nyxara befriends a shark to take her to shore.
The shark agrees for food.
She ties herself to the shark.
Everyone, once in a while, Nyxara checks her location.
She is lost at sea.
