Session 74: Dead Hool Report

General Summary

Faeryn would have checked in with Ciaran and Ciaran is okay with going to the assault on imperial reinforcements. Faeryn isn't happy about it but respects Ciaran.

Black Axe casts Sending to Virion, saying "Virion, you said Ana and her remaining troops were heading for Burle, right? I just recieved word that she never arrived. Stay vigilant. Black Axe."

So Mystan casts Scry and sees Serrano. And ten soldiers. And about forty undead. Marching straight for them.

The party has Hallowed Ground though, they prep spells, and Mystan says he wants to take Serrano alone.

So they start prepping. Faeryn gets into position, Mystan casts Aid at fifth level on the rest of the party, Shan'tie animates a rock, while Virion

Shan'tie preps Windwall while Menace preps Wall of Fire

After an hour from the initial sending, undead start appear.

They ignore the waves as they pile up around the hallow.

Fire walls block the living for a while but they're dispelled

Spirit Guardians helps with the Revenants

The undead swarm, it's crazy.

Virion got crit like, three times, and has two broken ribs and a festering wound.

Mystan fucking smash bros KO's Serrano off the fucking map.

Menace casts Investiture of Flame
