Session 75: Dead Hool Part 2 Report

General Summary

The revenants are ganging up on the shield guardian and Shan'tie, she's almost down. Soldiers fire on Mystan. Mystan's ribs break, but then he casts Summon Celestial at seventh level!!!

The talon tries to heal Serrano, but it's too late. She is dead. Menace chops off a Revenant's head with their flametongue, and then decapitates another undead.

Shan'tie prays to the Great Goldfinch of Gwl Gwddn and gets a warlock pact and invulnerability for the fight to survive.

Virion kills another one and, extremely wounded, firebolts yet another undead. The keoish shoot Mystan more and more, but it does nothing. Mystan then approaches some of the Keoish. Mystan bonus action Healing Word's himself, healing his ribs, and then starts murdering.

Menace kills more revenants, and then Shan'tie upcasts Blight on one of the Keoish. Menace's investiture kills more, Virion falls unconcious after killing another.

The keoish continue to close in on Mystan, raining gunfire down. A bullet lodges itself in him, it begins to fester. Mystan kills one of the Keoish. Shan'tie heals Virion and there's more shooting. Virion kills the two scouts via Fireball and then the drowned assassins start closing in.

The officers order a retreat, and Mystan tells them to go. They escape with three veterans and the last talon priest, taking Serrano's body. They should reach Burle during the night, exhausted.

The party easily mopped up the remaining undead.

Everyone but Mystan failed a con save from the Drowned....
