Session 78: The Equinox Part 3

General Summary

They start in chamber 2

I immediately make a tactical error and Shan'tie follows it up with blight and bardic inspiration. Virion, Bubbles, and Mystan start cleaning up shop. But with whirlpool they start to get messed up, and a champion dwarf in magic armor downs Bubbles and moves on to Virion! Jhar is so hurt she's retreating! Virion has to misty step away.

Shan'tie was also downed, but Mystan heals both allies and a healed Jhar returns! The merfolk start to die, but Mystan goes down, and Bubbles goes down again! Shan'tie gets Mystan up but Virion goes down after running behind enemy lines. Shan'tie opens up a hole and Mystan and Jhar go in. Then Mystan goes down but Shan'tie kills one!

Jhar kills the Myrmidon and then fights the construct, Bubbles stabilizes, and Shan'tie gets Mystan back up. And then Virion is back up!

They destroy the Apparatus of Kwalish and Mystan casts Mass Cure Wounds. They intimidate the merfolk and open the door.

Mystan tries Divine Intervention. IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For door 2, mass combat roll was 9. Then they go on to door 3.

Shan'tie throws the first delayed blast fireball at all the archmages

Mystan uses a charge from the charm of conjure animals (snakes!). Thanks to Circle of Power, most of them live!

None of the fucking Psychic Lances hit.

We end on a round.
