Session 80: The Equinox Part 5

General Summary

Nightshade sends Lillian.

Menace's title is Sam.

Lillian looks down at Shan'tie's body. "Well," she says, "That's it."

Lillian agrees to work with Virion and Mystan, and Virion says "Don't talk to me."

"Fuck you."

They go up, and trigger the Knight of Raan's breath weapon. Mystan retaliates in kind, and he Virion and Jhar group up to hit the dragonborn. The guards all have wands of magic missile, and Lillian is terrifying. Virion, blinded by the dragonborn's sword, kills the dragonborn and cuts off a horn.
Lillian broke two wands of magic missiles and got two guards to surrender. The rest are dead.

They used clairvoyance to look into the armory, fearing a black powder trap, but instead saw rust monsters!

Menace gets off a fireball. They secure the base.

Half the underwater force has been lost, the empire is winning on land but there's significant threats in the tower for the party to take still.

Lillian wants to kill Uk Thin and throw them off the tower as a show of fear.

They get to the war room, hippogriff riders circling. Lillian set off a Symbol, seriously hurting the part, but Virion used Fireball to destroy a section of wall with 6 gunpowder kegs up against it. The allied army, despite heavy losses (50-75%) floods in! With two dragons, they make quick work of the hippogriff riders. When the day seems nearly won, Uk-Thin Rolsar with two guards of the royal bloodline appear...
