Session 21: Jamboree

General Summary

After taking care of some shopping in Haven, the group set out for Treustadt with Luca, Tif, and Jess. During the first few days, Firion crafted some potions of healing, and the group once again explained to Luca, Tif, and Jess the situation with "new" Tiblamir. Firion also received a letter from Percival, and took charge of a letter that had arrived for "old" Tiblamir. While on watch during their second night, Vaegon was approached by a rough looking dwarf and dragonborn who queried him about whether he knew how to get to "Bells Canyon." When he couldn't offer any help, the pair simply moved on.

During the afternoon of the third day, they came across the wreck of a pastry cart, and the survivors of a peryton attack. The group was ambushed by a small flock of seemingly diseased perytons, an after a close brush with death after Tiblamir nearly had his heart torn out, they were able to defeat the monsters. The sole survivor of the previous wreck was a dragonborn patissier named Jamboree who made his living travelling around the Empire selling his sweets. With his cart destroyed and most of his supplies in ruins, the group offered to at least take him to Treustadt before deciding what to do with him. Arriving back at House Tyrell's seat of power, Tiblamir chose to remain in the wagon to avoid any unnecessary trouble with the city guards while the others entered to take care of their errands: Firion was on his way to pick up his cloak, Luca, Jess, and Vaegon were making their way to the Cathedral, and Tif was escorting Jamboree while he went shopping for supplies.
