Session 4: Entering the Underdark

General Summary

The party found themselves making great strides to escape from the caves of Lowry after defeating Dirt's son who was tasked with gurading the entrance to the Underdark. After hearing of the ogres defeat, the goblins guarding the Tree of Eden arrived to thank the heroes and give them a fruit from the tree. It was after this that they were attacked by a mysterious man working for the Unseen, the man took the heart of the tree and then ran off after killing the goblins. 
The party recooperated and waited outside the gates of the Underdark passage, seeing it to be the quickest and safest path through to Ultribar. In order to enter the gates, the party had to pass a riddle which they instead outsmarted, resulting in Steve and Gar Gar almost dying. The party emerged into Granite, a small village with a dome that lays on the end of the passage. A merchant selling potions informed the party that Yoko Ono, a hag that killed Steve's father decades ago.
Feeling lost, Gar Gar convinced to slowly repel him down into the depths of the Underdark, looking for an entrance to the road to the next city. While being dangled into the pit, a bullette snatched at Gar Gar who nearly lost his back half before the party pulled him up. The beast was close to escaping back to its layer when the party finished it off.
