Chaelwyth’s Occidental Kingdom is infamous for being the last authoritarian power in Uthilith. Run by the Flodfald Throne - distant cousins of the long-dead Riverfall Dynasty in Tempora - the monarchy both rules with an iron fist and leaves the vast majority of its citizens to rot in abject poverty. Over the last two centuries, the Flodfald family has been investigated several times by the U5 for human rights abuses by not only the King’s Glaive, but also the particular sect of Enaldirianism (Axiom) that makes its home in the heart of the city. Both law and lawlessness reign supreme in the Occidental Kingdom - whatever isn’t tightly held by the Throne has been consumed by one of the city’s many criminal syndicates. Of these, the Venomous Rose (headed by a woman known only as the Lady Maud) carries the most influence throughout the Occidental Kingdom.
