Description

An eye. A large, red eye. Almost the size of an average man's palm. Thankfully, the... trinket isn't obviously an eye. Unless you've familiarized yourself with demons, anyways. This particular eye is encased a light blue, glass-like crystal and has been preserved with Olina Petals.

While attuned to this item and when you have it in hand, you can use an action to speak its command word. When you do so, you can see into and through solid matter for 1 minute. This vision has a radius of 30 feet. To you, solid objects within that radius appear transparent and don't prevent light from passing through them. The vision can penetrate 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, or up to 3 feet of wood or dirt. Thicker substances block the vision, as does a thin sheet of lead.

Whenever you use this item again before taking a long rest, you must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or gain one level of exhaustion.

Additionally, during this minute, you gain access to Reckless feature as detailed in the Barbarian's class feature list.

Enhanced Darkvision

Prerequisite: 4 Units of Aerocrystal¹

You gain darkvision out to a distance of 120 feet. If you already such vision, your darkvision expands another 60 feet to a total of 180 feet.

Reckless Critical

Prerequisite: 6 Units of Shadowsilk and 4 Units of Aerocrystal¹

When you attack recklessly with this feature, you score a critical hit on the result of a 19 or 20. Additionally, any attack rolls against you also score a critical hit on a result of 19 or 20 until your next turn.

Blessing of the Barlgura

Prerequisite: 4 Units of Olina Petals

Choose one² of the following traits: Lightning Resistance, Phantom Demons, Uncanny Leap, Mind Speak.

Lightning Resistance

While attuned to this item and it is on your person, you gain resistance to lightning damage.

Phantom Demons

You can cast phantasmal force once per day without consuming a spell slot.

Uncanny Leap

Your long jump is up to 40 feet and your high jump is upt to 20 feet when you have a running start. If you do not have the movement to make such a leap, you can opt to gain a level of exhaustion to add your jump distance to your speed for one leap.

Mind Speak

You gain the ability to communicate telepathically to a distance of up to 120 feet. You do not need to see the recipient of your communication. Your communication, though telepathic, is done so in Abyssal, whether or not you know the language.

Soulbound

This item cannot be traded or sold.
