Attuned - The Flames of Perdition

A golden necklace, with a pendant that holds a flame that twists and turns in a large diamond.

Break the Seal: You may double the fire damage bonus of seal of fire, and apply it to all damage from a source, instead of only once per source. You may do this twice, regaining all uses on a long rest.

Cleanse the Wounds: Whenever a friendly creature reaches 0 hit points, you may make a plea to the fire within. As a reaction, you may unleash the flame within the pendant momentarily, restoring half of that creatures health. For the next minute, flames surround you in a 30 foot radius. All friendly creatures are healed equal to your constitution modifier, and all enemies take fire damage equal to your charisma modifier at the end of your turn while they are within this aura. You may do this once, regaining all uses on a long rest.

Level 8 Feat - Elemental Adept (Fire): Spells you cast ignore resistance to damage of the chosen type. In addition, when you roll damage for a spell you cast that deals damage of that type, you can treat any 1 on a damage die as a 2.

Racial Features

Darkvision: You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. Your ties to the Elemental Plane of Fire make your darkvision unusual: everything you see in darkness is in a shade of red.

Fire Resistance: You have resistance to fire damage.

Reach to the Blaze: You know the produce flame cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the burning hands spell once with this trait as a 1st-level spell, and you regain the ability to cast it this way when you finish a long rest. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

Seal of Fire: You increase your walking speed by 30. If you should deal fire damage, the damage is increased by 2, this applies only once per source.

ASI Increase: +2 Charisma and +1 Constitution

Additional Features

Background: +1 Charisma +2 Charisma Cap, Stealth Proficiency.

Level 1 Feat - Standfast: +1 Charisma, You gain expertise in Persuasion, As a reaction when an ally or allies within 30ft of you fail a saving throw against being frightened you can roll a persuasion check against the DC to rally your allies against it. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency per long rest.

Level 5 Feat - Lie to Me: +1 Charisma, You gain expertise in Deception, You can use a deception check in place of an insight check when detecting lies from another creature.
