Attuned: Lord's Essence

Tithes of Service: The Lord of Rats accepts tithes in exchange for a taste of his power. As an action you can sacrifice 10 of your maximum hit points to gain rat form for up to one minute one per long rest. The sacrifice of hit points returns to you after a long rest. While in the rat form you gain access to additional abilities that are as follows:

Crushing Bite: One aspect of the rat that takes hold is that of their crushing maw as your facial appearance turns into that of a powerful rat. You gain an unarmed strike with your maw to bite down onto your enemies that you are proficient with while in this form. The power is strong with the Lord of Rats and allows you to hit with your Charisma, but the damage is still added as if finesse. This bite deals 1d8+ finesse damage mod as bludgeoning.

Forced Poison: Once in the form your call upon your master becomes tainted with a festering essence that makes an individual’s body crawl. As a bonus action you can cause one of your attacks that hits to force the creature hit with an DC 13 Constitution Saving Throw or become poisoned till the start of your next turn.
