This necklace was dropped by the most diligent of the watcher's, who brought them all under the effect to keep the Lich captive, and weak.

Nectoric touch - Your attacks deal an additional 1 necrotic damage

Rapier - Rare (Attunement)

A powerful blade once used by an elf who sealed away a powerful Lich. A new bearer pushed through the barriers, and was able to grasp hold of this blade that seems to hum with the music of the bladesong.

Reap the Bladesong. This blade pulls in the magical force known to elves as the Bladesong. While bladesinging, all melee spell and weapon attacks deal an additional 1d4 force damage. You also gain the ability to call forth the bladesong one extra time per long rest.

Fury of the Elves. It feels as if though this blade drives you to greater heights when on your last legs. When below half health, you restore 1 hit point at the beginning of your turn. This ability does not work while you are incapacitated.

Knowledge of the Bladesong. Once you have completed two knowledge checks on a certain enemy, you may use your bonus action to increase your next attacks damage by +5 and to hit by +5. Doing so uses a charge of Bladesong.

Champions item. This item can be upgraded throughout the campaign by its wielder

Wondrous(Spellbook) - Rare(Attunement)

The spellbook of a Lich who had aspirations to rule the world, but was sealed away by the watchers.

If the attuned already has a spellbook, they may destroy their old spellbook and cause the spells to be absorbed into this book. This can only be done once per individual. This spellbook already contains Fireball.

Lich's consumption. When you cast a spell that deals lethal damage to a creature through a spell, you regain health equal to your proficiency modifier. You may do this up to five times, regaining all uses on a long rest

Lich's wrath. When you cast a damaging cantrip, you may add your intelligence modifer to the damage. You may do this three times. Regaining all uses on a long rest

Wondrous (Robes) - Minor Uncommon (Attunement)

Students of the Arcane and their pledge to preserve knowledge are given these. Even as they begin their fledgling adventure they are given responsibility to hold.

History Preserved. While attuned any books you come in contact are magically cleaned to be legible, this will not work on all books that are beyond legibility.

Cleanliness next to Godliness. You can cast the prestidigitation cantrip while attuned to these robes.

+1 Dex, reroll 1 d20 with dex attacks that have advantage.

+1 Dex, +1 skill prof (Stealth), choose one skill prof to become expertise (Arcana)

Adv on Concentration checks, Can Reaction cast single target spells as attack of opportunities, ignore somatic components

As a bonus action start the Bladesong for 1 minute. During which;
+INT to AC and Concentration checks
+10 walking speed
Advantage to Acrobatics checks
Ends early if you equip medium/heavy armor/shield or swing with a two-handed weapon. Usable prof/day

When you take the attack action you can attack twice and one of those can be replaced with a cantrip
