Insatiable Hunger
Ghouls must consume flesh of humanoid creatures at least once a week. If they do not eat they begin to suffer from insatiable hunger. Each day that passes is 1 level of exhaustion that cannot be removed until they consume flesh.

Disadvantage on Deception (Charisma) check in attempting to conceal your identity as a ghoul - when not masked by perfume, magic such as prestidigitation, or some other reasonable scent. (Perfume lasts 9 hours)

Starting when you choose this domain at 1st level, you can use your action to touch a willing creature other than yourself to give it advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. This blessing lasts for 1 hour or until you use this feature again.

6 lbs - This shield has been imbued with the waning, sinister energy of the hungers gaze. All creatures who look upon this menacing shield see their own laughing demise. Once per long rest you can brandish this shield in front of you in combat using an action. The target must make a Wisdom Saving Throw, DC 12. Upon failure, the target is Incapacitated until the end of it’s next turn.
