Siren bushes are carnivorous plants. When they detect living prey, they emit a hypnotic hum which lures the victim into the web of roots. Once close enough, the thorny roots rip into the target’s flesh, saturating the surrounding ground in blood, which the roots then absorb.

• Roots: Str. Extending from the siren bush to a range of 3” is a tangle of surface roots, each covered in sharp thorns. The roots are mobile and can attack everything within range with no multi-action penalty. • Siren Song: Siren bushes emit a low, hypnotic hum when a living creatures approaches within 12”. All creatures in range must make an opposed Spirit roll. Those who fail are subject to the puppet power. Normally the tree uses the power to draw its prey close enough for its roots to attach themselves, though if the need arises it can order them to defend it from attackers.
