Sigil of Attraction/Repulsion

Components: Verbal, Somatic, and Material
Materials: Chalk, a single piece of a pair of magnets, and a gem worth at least 10 marks that is consumed on use.
Duration: Concentration, 1 Minute
You create a force directly in front of you that either pulls an object to you or pushes it away. When you cast this spell, you choose a direction and whether to repulse or attract creatures and objects. Creatures that are one size category larger than the caster have advantage on all saves to resist the Sigil, creatures two size categories larger, or more, are immune to the effects of the Sigil. Creatures that are one or more size categories smaller, or more, than the caster have disadvantage on all saves to resist the Sigil.   Attract Creatures that are being attracted must make a Strength Save against your spellcasting DC in order to remain stationary or move away from the Sigil. If they fail, they must move toward the sigil. Creatures who move while in the influence of this Sigil move away from it at a rate of 1 foot for every 2 used, and move toward it at a rate of 2 feet for every 1 used. Any creature within the influence of the Sigil that attempts to make an attack in any direction other than the Sigil does so at Disadvantage. Ranged attacks automatically fail if they require a roll. If the Sigil of the Caster is attacked, they are treated as having Partial Cover from all incoming sources.   When not cast as a Ritual, the caster may use a bonus action to force all creatures within the effect to make a Strength Save against your spellcasting DC or be drawn toward them by 5 feet.   Repulsion Creatures that are being repulsed must make a Strength Save against your spellcasting DC in order to remain stationary or move toward the Sigil. If they fail, they must move directly away from the sigil. Creatures who move while in the influence of this Sigil move toward it at a rate of 1 foot for every 2 used, and move away from it at a rate of 2 feet for every 1 used. Any creature within the influence of the Sigil that attempts to make an attack in any direction other than directly away from the Sigil does so at Disadvantage. Ranged attacks automatically fail if they require a roll.   When not cast as a Ritual, the caster may use a bonus action to force all creatures within the effect to make a Strength Save against your spellcasting DC or be pushed away from them by 5 feet.  

As a Ritual

When cast as a Sigil, the caster draws the Sigil on location that has at least a 5 foot circular area. The caster sets a simple trigger, such as "when a creature passes the range of Influence" or "In 5 minutes". When cast as a Ritual, the spell does not require concentration, but the Sigil may be destroyed if the material it is drawn on is destroyed.   A creature that fails its check on a Sigil of Attraction placed on the ground immediately loses all movement. A creature that fails its check on a Sigil of Repulsion placed on the ground is launched upward 15 feet and lands within 15 feet of Sigil, landing prone.   *This spell lasts for 1 minute when cast as an action. It lasts for up to 10 minutes when cast as a Ritual
At higher levels: When cast at higher levels, the Sigil gains 5 feet of distance for every level above 4th.
