Actions

Multiattack The Immaculate makes three weapon attacks with its Glaive of Double Slash.
Double Slash Melee weapon attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 1d10+3 slashing damage and 1d10 poison damage. Can also attack again using a Bonus Action.
Swirling Strike (takes 2 attacks + 1 bonus action) Melee weapon attack: +8 to hit, AOE of 10 ft. radius. Hit: 1d10+4 slashing damage (or 1d10+8 slashing damage if 20 ft. ran in one direction and 1d10 poison damage. On a hit, targets must succeed a DC 14 Strength Saving Throw or be knocked Prone.
Loretta's Slash (3 attacks, 2/combat) Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 1d10+4 slashing damage and the Warlock leaps 10 ft. into the air and descends within 10 ft. of the original position without provoking Opportunity Attacks. If there are any creatures within reach of your weapon upon landing, you can make an attack against them with the weapon with hitting attacks dealing an additional 1d6 force damage.
Black Flame Tornado (3 attacks) As an Action, you begin twirling your weapon, summoning a blackflame tornado. As part of this Action, you can make an attack against each creature within 10 ft. of you. Any attacks that you hit deal an addition 2d4 fire damage. Your own speed is halved when using this Action. On your next turn, you can use your Action again to keep swinging the tornado. You can use a Bonus Action to end the tornado, slamming your weapon into the ground and creating a raging vortex of black flames. Every other creature within 10 ft. of you must succeed a DC 16 STR Save, taking 2d6 fire damage on a failed save.
